EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

We are proud of our products at Bishop Books and want you to love your reading as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your Gold Membership products, we will happily refund or exchange your order provided Gold Membership products are returned to us in original condition. Orders within Australia must be returned within 14 days of purchase, Orders outside of Australia within 30 days of purchase.

For a refund, email us so we know to expect your parcel and be sure to register and / or insure your return parcel as we will not take responsibility for products lost or damaged in transit. Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment.
Postage costs are not refundable and return postage is at your expense.
NB. For international orders that are returned for refund: your refund will be calculated less the actual cost of postage and any other recovery fees such as customs duty or import tax that we have been required to pay.

SHIPPING POLICY
A flat rate of AUD9.00 is charged on all Gold Membership orders to be posted within Australia, to New Zealand and Fiji. There is no postage charge for the purchase of Gift Vouchers. We use express post or courier, depending on your location. Shipping to all other countries is charged at a flat rate of AUD22.00. For International orders please allow at least 14 working days for your parcel to arrive.
